🎬 Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups is an upcoming Indian period gangster epic directed by Geetu Mohandas. Shot simultaneously in Kannada and English, the film features Yash in a compelling dual role alongside a stellar ensemble cast that includes Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria, and Rukmini Vasanth. The project is jointly produced by Venkat K. Narayana's KVN Productions and Yash's own Monster Mind Creations.
Initially announced in December 2023 under the working title Yash 19, the film wrapped its extensive principal photography in October 2025, with shoots spanning Bengaluru, Mumbai, Goa, Thoothukudi, and Jaipur. The production boasts cinematography by Rajeev Ravi and a collaborative musical score by Ravi Basrur, Vishal Mishra, Tanishk Bagchi, Faheem Abdullah, and Arslan Nizami. Toxic is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on March 19, 2026, perfectly timed to coincide with the festive holidays of Ugadi, Gudi Padwa, and Eid-al-Fitr.
